Group Classes

Jane has over 9 years’ experience teaching Pilates. She specialises in pre & post natal Pilates, GP referrals and all levels of Pilates from beginners to advanced.

Classes are suited to people of any age, gender or ability.  The focus of each class is to improve Core Strength, Spinal Health, Balance, Co-Ordination, Flexibility, Hip Mobility & Strength. This is achieved through a range of dynamic Pilates exercises, promoting an energising, relaxing & calm flow, whilst concentrating on breath control.

11:30am Super Gentle Pilates. The Painted Barn.

7pm Recreation Rd Infant School, Norwich.

Fridays:

9:30am Pilates with Baby’s.(Bring your baby along)@ Waterloo Park, The Feed. Norwich.
