Pre & Post Natal Pilates.

Jane has worked closely with clients throughout their pregnancy journey, prescribing exercises that are beneficial yet safe for each trimester and beyond. She has first hand knowledge of the importance of guided exercise, as she’s been lucky enough to welcome her little boy into the world in 2021. This has given Jane first hand experience of how the body changes and of the movements that benefit pre & post pregnancy.

This being said, its important to understand that everybody is different. It is essential in pre & post natal Pilates to always listen to your body. Breathe Easy Pilates focuses on each individuals abilities and limitations, creating a communal, supportive group practice and forming bonds between mums and mums to be.

45 minute Post Natal Pilates class, followed by a delicious & nutritious brunch a selection of hot or cold beverages to accompany will be included.
