Jane has been teaching Mat Pilates for over 10 years, after gaining her qualification she worked in a physio lead Pilates & Reformer studio in Brighton. Completing in weekly reformer classes was a big perk & where she was first introduced to reformer Pilates.
Jane Instantly fell in love with how the reformer enhanced but also complemented the Pilates movements. Jane decided in 2023 it was time to get her reformer qualification, she hasn’t looked back.

Mondays 7am.
Tuesdays 11:15am.
Thursdays 9:30am & 5:30pm.
Fridays 11:30am
Mumma & Baby Reformer
Thursday 10:30am & Friday 12:30pm.
Free car parking on site.

Reformer - Specifics.
Classes are suitable for all levels, even if you have never been on a reformer before. We just ask you to kindly arrive 10 minutes early so Jane can explain the Reformer & the specifics.

Mumma & Baby Reformer
Our Mumma & Baby Reformer Pilates class is a gentle, welcoming space designed especially for new mums. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or returning after birth, this class offers a supportive environment where you can enjoy mindful movement while bonding with your baby.
No experience is necessary—this class is suitable for all levels and postpartum stages (depending on birth either after your 8 week post C-section check, or vaginal birth around 6 weeks. Depending on how you feel). We'll focus on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and relieving common postnatal aches, all at your own pace.
Babies are welcome to join you on a mat beside your reformer, with plenty of time for cuddles, feeds, and connection. You'll also meet other local mums share your journey, make new friends, and feel part of a caring community.
Come as you are, messy bun, baby in tow, sleep-deprived and all. We're here to support you every step of the way. 👶
